What's your state of mind?

W Hotels Worldwide recently made its debut in India with the opening of the W Goa. Located on Vagator Beach and with views of the Arabian Sea, the hotel joins nearly 50 other W hotels across the globe.

"Goa is not just a place - it's a state of mind," said TJ Joulak, General Manager, W Goa. "Travelers from around the world are drawn to Goa's irresistible siren song, to delight in Goa's spirited scenes and rich fusion of global cultures. This energy comes to life at W Goa, where the brand's passions for fashion, design and music fuel an intoxicating energy that renders each stay an unpredictable, exhilarating trip."

W Goa has 160 guestrooms with an interior that features rich colors and textures throughout with blue and purple hues that form a 'psychedelic' style.

The 14,000-square-foot Spa by Clarins includes an oxygen room, eight treatment rooms, a heated vitality pool, steam room, and sauna. Other amenities include a gym and an outdoor pool deck. Other services on offer include the brand's "whatever/whenever" service, which is exactly what it sounds like; and the W Insider, a knowledgeable concierge-type person who shares the inside scoop on what's happening in Goa with guests.

The 4,160-square-foot Great Room will be accompanied by two studios of 440 and 540 square feet each. Horizon, which is open, covers 4,500 square feet of oceanfront area and is great for atmospheric outdoor events. An additional outdoor venue, Backyard, boasts 5,800 square feet of lush green landscape and sits just below the iconic Chapora Fort.
