By popular demand, M&C Asia has brought back our roundup of Asia’s Destination Management Companies (DMC) that have made a name for themselves in the MICE world with their resourcefulness, creativity, destination and logistical expertise.

Here’s Part 2 of the 2026 power list:

MICE Magnet Asia

Since its recent inception, MICE Magnet Asia delivers more than 200 events a year, including meetings for up to 1,600 attendees, incentive programmes for up to 3,000 attendees, and ground management for conferences and conventions. While relatively young, the DMC is backed by decades of industry experience through founder Jeff Sutthiporn Fongmool and a team of certified CIS and SEPC professionals, known for their creative solutions, personalised service and premium event experiences.

CDM

Year established 1988

Thailand-based CDM specialises in MICE and bespoke travel. Founded by industry veteran Sumate Sudasnam in 1988 as a DMC, it expanded into a full-service PCO in 1994 after managing two major international conventions for the Thai government. Today, under executive director Patranuch Sudasna, CDM leverages its deep local knowledge and strong stakeholder relationships to deliver distinctive events. When a client recently sought to hold a gala dinner at the Sanctuary of Truth in Pattaya, the team worked closely with venue custodians to ensure the evening respected the spirit of the site while delivering the wow factor for the incentive programme.

Asian Trails

Year established 1999
Countries of operation Cambodia, China & Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam

With operations in ten countries, Asian Trails provides leisure and MICE services, including transfers, accommodation and responsible tourism experiences. In recent years, the Bangkok-based company opened offices in Sabah (2024) and Lombok (2026) to support niche incentive movements. Founded by chairman Luzi Matzig and CEO Laurent Kuenzle, Asian Trails continues to be a trusted partner for large-scale incentives. In 2025, it handled a 2,400-pax event in Bangkok for a Spanish incentive organiser and a 2,000-pax trip in Vietnam for an Indian company. It partnered the same Indian company this year for an incentive programme in Thailand for some 6,000 participants.

Indochina Heritage

Indochina Heritage operates across Southeast Asia, delivering tailor-made incentive travel, luxury leisure, corporate events, conferences, and experiential journeys for clients worldwide. Backed by more than 15 years of experience and over 3,000 successfully managed groups, its multilingual team combines deep local knowledge with creative event design and seamless execution. For instance, for a recent incentive group in central Vietnam, it recommended replacing a standard gala dinner with a cultural evening on a hidden paddy field, complete with local cultural activities and performances.

JTB Corp.

Year established 1912

Dedicated to “Designing Human Moments”, JTB today stands as a leading travel and meetings & events solutions partner. In the 2000s, it repositioned itself from a travel company to a solutions provider by establishing its Exchange Creation business model to connect business, communities and destination. More recently in the 2020s, it doubled down on its Open Frontier 2035 vision to become a globally connected network.

Its global expertise is evident in a warehouse opening ceremony in India involving Japanese and Indian officials, partners and VIPs. Allowing the client to focus on the event, JTB Singapore and JTB India identified cultural and operational differences. It adapted communication methods to local practices, implemented a detailed operational manual and coordinated with local partners.

Hankyu Travel DMC Japan

Hankyu Travel DMC Japan is a travel management company providing customised inbound MICE services for global clients. With roots in Hankyu Corporation’s airline agency business launched in 1948, the company has spent 75 years building a nationwide network. Following the 2006 integration with Hanshin Electric Railway, it became an operating company of Hankyu Hanshin Holdings, supported by a wider group spanning urban transportation, real estate, entertainment, ICT, travel and international transportation.

Hanatour ITC

Hanatour ITC is one of South Korea’s leading DMCs, specialising in tailor-made incentive travel, FIT (Free Independent Travel), and SIC (Seat-in-Coach) tours. With a team of 51 professionals, the company is committed to delivering seamless, reliable, and high-quality ground handling services. Hanatour ITC continues to be entrusted with large-scale business events, including a 1,500-participant construction conference in 2024 and a 4,500-participant medical conference in 2025.

Region of operation Macao

The Macao-based company delivers bespoke travel solutions, with strengths in combining local resources and standardised operations to customise high-value one-stop services. The company expanded its operations to Guangzhou in 2016 and established diversified businesses under Jade York Group Commercial Investment. Demonstrating its expertise, it recently designed eight experiential routes for a health products company. It also built a dedicated online registration system, enabling nearly 10,000 of the client’s members to sign up, and eventually engaged over 3,000 participants.

MyTaiwanTour

Year established 2014

A decade into the founding of MyTaiwanTour in 2014, MyJapanTour was established in 2024. Today, MyAsiaTours Group unites MyTaiwanTour and MyJapanTour to deliver seamless, fully customised MICE, FIT and group travel across Taiwan and Japan – combining high-touch service, deep cultural insight and on-the-ground execution. Among its recent achievements, MyTaiwanTour was appointed to host the land tour programme for IAPCO’s AM&GA 2025 in Taipei. It went beyond a classic itinerary to curate a moving cocktail-bar night tour on board a sightseeing bus.

Tomco Incentive

Founded in 1993 by first CEO Tom Leung, Tomco Incentive has since passed the leadership baton to second-generation leader Kevin Leung. Over the years, the company has built a reputation for crafting extraordinary programmes for its clients, leveraging the creativity of its experienced team and vast network of partner hotels, venues and restaurants. Tomco Incentive counts clients in the automotive and insurance sectors, including DaimlerChrysler, AXA and Bayern Munich.

DOC DMC Macau & Hong Kong

The business-events specialist delivers incentive travel, corporate meetings, congresses, gala dinners, product launches, wine events and PR. In 2010, it joined forces with sister company smallWORLD experience, before opening a branch company in Zhuhai, Mainland China in 2015. Today, it prides itself on creativity, innovation, high-end experience delivery – and strong local relationships across Macao, Hong Kong and South China. Travelite DMC Philippines

Since 2006, Travelite DMC Philippines has designed and managed journeys across the country. Its team combines practical local knowledge with careful planning to create leisure, incentive, and MICE programmes that show guests the Philippines beyond its familiar destinations. For a recent incentive programme, for example, Travelite DMC recommended shaping each part of the journey around the distinct character of the destinations. Besides local cuisine, heritage, natural environments, participants also got to interact with community hosts. “This allowed the delegates to experience the country’s diversity through its people and everyday culture, not only through sightseeing,” said Matt Poonin, GM.
