Sustainable Brands to host its first conference in Australia

Sustainable Brands is a global community of business innovators with the goal of inspiring, engaging and equipping today's business and brand leaders with the tools to prosper for the near and long term by leading the way to a more sustainable future through a range of programmes and events. The Sustainable Brands conference has been held in San Diego for the past three years, amassing over 2,000 attendees, but this year it will head to Sydney, Australia, where it will provide the tools and partnerships to drive business success.

Dr Sally Uren, the CEO of Forum for the Future, works with both individual pioneering businesses and global collaborations designed to address system-wide challenges. Headlining at SB16 Sydney, Dr Uren will highlight key opportunities such as system innovation and closing the circle between government, business and the consumer/community. "I encourage professionals from all industries including marketing, design, construction, architecture, finance, medicine, communication, technology and so many more to join us in shaping a more sustainable future," said Dr Uren.   "Sydney is a city of innovation and we're proud this great partnership with the Sustainable Brands conference will bring thought leaders and business leaders here to engage on effective sustainability practices," said Stuart Ayres, Minister for Trade, Tourism and Major Events and Minister for Sport.

SB16 will be held 27 - 29 June at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.
