Top meeting planners and event organisers from Australia were hosted for a four-day MICE familiarisation at Sands Resorts Macao, showcasing the range of hotels, meeting spaces and attractions across the integrated resorts.
David Beckham, the brand ambassador for The Venetian Macao, was also in attendance at a private dinner held under the stars, set against the backdrop of The Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower.
The familiarisation itinerary included Portuguese culinary experiences, walking tours of Old Taipa Village and site inspections of The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, Conrad Macao, Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central, Sheraton Grand Macao and St. Regis Macao hotels, as well as Macao Discovery Tours to learn more about the rich Portuguese and Chinese history of Macao.
The event was hosted by representatives from Cathay Pacific and Sands Resorts Macao management.
