Ascott is gearing up to open its first luxury serviced residence in Japan, the Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo. Scheduled to open at the end of March, the new property will be located in Tokyo's prestigious Marunouchi-Otemachi area.

The property will feature 130 furnished apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment will feature a separate living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and ensuite bathrooms. In addition to a business centre and meeting rooms, facilities at the Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo will include a swimming pool, gymnasium, rooftop terrace and reading lounge.
Serving as Tokyo's international finance centre, the neighbourhood is also home to the Imperial Palace East Gardens and the Ginza district, which boasts upscale retail, dining and entertainment options. Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo is conveniently connected to Otemachi Station, one of Tokyo's largest subway stations served by five different lines.
