Qantas will be adding routes to Asia in 2016 to meet growing demand on the Hong Kong-Sydney and Singapore-Perth routes.
With effect from December 2015, a second Hong-Kong-Sydney flight will operate from December 11 to March 23, making it a total of 12 services per week. The Singapore-Perth route will see two additional weekly flights available year-round, making it a total of seven daily flights beginning December 1.
"We're seeing Australian companies continue to expand their business in Asia, while the lower dollar is making Australia an even more attractive place to visit," said Qantas International CEO Gareth Evans.
He added that Asia is a strategic priority for Qantas and that Qantas will continue to support Australia's growth in the region.
