First launched in 2011, the airline's app features advanced mobile functionality and strong customer adoption. A handful of features that are beneficial to the busy business traveller includes touch ID, which enables quick-retrieval of customer information; passport scanning; live flight tracking; flight disruption management; Apple Pay integrations and a home screen that changes to the final destination.
