JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts launches Taste the Moment festival in Singapore from March 24-25 as part of its Asia Pacific culinary campaign. Highlights are a five-course supper experience, masterclasses and workshops.
This festival has been held in JW Marriott properties across Asia, including Bejing, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Seoul and Phuket.
A five-course supper will be served by Chef Thomas Liang (JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou), Chef Pieter Fitz-Dreyer (JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong), and Chef Chotiphat Laisuwan (JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok).
Meant to showcase JW Marriott's versatility in presenting unique dining experiences that are immersive and entertaining, the supper will be in interactive affair that highlights creativity and technology with story telling.
Masterclass topics will highlight the origins of truffles; nutritional dishes that are big on flavour; and the distinctive flavours of Phu Quoc.
Workshops will cover the multisensorial experience of Sound Bites; the art of plating; how to master food photography; knowledge of the international wine rating system; and the power of scent to enhance well-being.
