Looking to the future

The third annual Incentive, Conference and Event Society Asia Pacific (ICESAP) conference is set to be held in Singapore next month and will feature a programme that emphasises the need for incentives, conference and events (ICE) practitioners and businesses to stay ahead of the game in order to succeed in the future.

"Attending the ICESAP conference is one of the best things an ICE practitioner or organisation can do to future-proof themselves professionally as individuals and commercially as businesses within the industry", said Nigel Gaunt, president of ICESAP.

Designed to provide attendees with information on a variety of key and relevant subjects to keep them up-to-date with the latest changes within the industry, the event will bring together leading organisations and professionals with keynote speakers and forum leaders. Speakers will be highlighting key trends and the latest advances in technology, innovative products, management practices and exemplary customer service and fulfilment.

Highlights include: The challenge of change, the developing role of procurement, the Sharing Economy and disruptive technologies; how to design strategic events that support CSR campaigns while aligning with an organisation's core business; insights and analysis on spending behaviour, size and trends of the business travel and MICE sector; designing incentive programmes for the modern era; and health and safety risks - evaluating and addressing the impact of global and regional issues including epidemics and terrorism on the events sector.

"I am confident the 2016 ICESAP Conference and Awards in Singapore will be a highlight on which to end the year and to personalise new ideas and concepts that can improve efficiency and capitalise on marketplace opportunities in the New Year," Gaunt added.

ICESAP will be held from November 30 to December 2.
