India’s IT hotspot

AccorHotels and Cyberabad Convention Centre Private Limited have announced the renewal of their agreement for the management of the Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC).

"Our focus on structured and seamless event execution replete with meticulous planning has allowed us to successfully position HICC as a premium convention and meetings destination," said Neil Paterson, General Manager, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and HICC.

A refurbishment programme for the hotel and the convention centre was also announced, aiming to build on the complex's current position as a recognisable and modern convention facility.

Located in Hyderabad's IT and Business district, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre is a 45-minute drive from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. The hotel is connected to the HICC and houses 287 rooms while offering a resort-like ambience with an outdoor pool, lawns and rejuvenation facilities.

 Novotel commands a strong presence in India with 13 hotels located in key cities across the country with another 14 new Novotels expected to open over the next few years. Later this year AccorHotels will also start operations of the Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre (JECC).
