Hong Kong Science Park, headed by the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), offers a green meeting space from its waterfront location. Various venues offer flexibility to host seminars, team-building workshops and beyond. The Grand Hall can accommodate up to 1,000 people while the outdoor Grand Plaza event area, at 1,000 square metres, offers the relatively rare option of holding a sizeable event outdoors.
Dubbed the 'Golden Egg,' the 288-seat Charles K. Kao Auditorium offers high-tech facilities and has served as a venue for local and international conferences and events. On-site restaurants and retail outlets offer leisure opportunities while the nearby Hyatt Regency Sha Tin and Courtyard Marriott Sha Tin make for conveniently-located accommodation.
Phase three of the complex was completed in 2014 and added 3,200 square metres of MICE venue space to the property. The carbon-neutral development and sustainable building design won the Grand Award in Green Building Award ("GBA") 2014 in the New Buildings Category by the Hong Kong Green Building Council and the Professional Green Building Council.
The Science Park is located on the Tolo Harbour Waterfront 30 minutes to Central Hong Kong or Shenzhen.
