Spruce up this year's festive feasting with a historic twist by celebrating at Clarke Quay's latest crown jewel, VLV.
The lifestyle destination is a 1880s historic building which spans over 20,000 square feet, housing a modern Chinese Restaurant, club lounge and an alfresco live entertainment courtyard and riverfront dining area.
For the festive season, the restaurant is offering a Hosin-miso Iberico pork ribs and sautéed vegetables with olive pate by Chef Martin Foo for S$24 (US$18) per rib, with a minimum order of two ribs.
A specially created set menu is also available from December 23 to 31, featuring dishes such as black truffle cave bird's nest with crab meat in chicken velouté and baked freshwater scampi in champagne white sauce.
New year revellers can also countdown to 2018 in high style at the VLV Ultra Lounge's Glitterati New Year Eve party for S$38 (US$28) (includes one drink).
