Top mixologists from Fairmont hotels around the world have created a new menu of classic cocktails that represent the essence of the cocktail culture for purists and enthusiasts.
The new "Classics. Perfected." menu comprises three sections: popular classics, revived classics and the "neats". The Fairmont mixologists who have been shortlisted to curate the menu are: Tom Hogan from Fairmont Singapore, Grant Sceney from Fairmont Pacific Rim, Nader Chabaane from Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, and Erik Lorincz from The Savoy, A Fairmont Managed Hotel.
Revived cocktails include the Fairmont Old Fashioned with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum and bitters; Sparkling Collins Royale with Belvedere Vodka, fresh mint and cucumber, and Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label; and the VSOP Boulevardier with Remy Martin VSOP Fine Champagne Cognac, Campari and Sweet Vermouth.
