Inspired by the Arabian Sea

Burj Al Arab Jumeirah has launched Burj Al Arab Terrace, a luxurious multi-space private terrace.

The Terrace, which spans 10,000 sqm and extends 100m out into the Arabian Sea, was developed by marine construction experts Admares at a shipyard site in Finland and transported to Dubai in eight pieces to minimise disruption to hotel guests and surrounding marine life.

Inspired by the sail-like shape of the hotel, the 10,000-sqm private terrace is linked by a central walkway flanked on both sides by beaches and 32 private air-conditioned cabanas.

The 24 18-sqm Cabanas and eight 75-sqm Royal Cabanas - available for hotel guests and Burj Al Arab Members - accommodate up to four guests who stand to enjoy poolside facilities such as a dedicated butler service, fully stocked minibars and Bang & Olufsen TVs. The Royal Cabanas also include a private bathroom, a shower area and a verandah.

The Terrace also features 400 sun beds, a 612-sqm fresh water pool and a 828-sqm salt water pool, as well as the Scape Restaurant & Bar.
