Social sharing at Tsim Sha Tsui

After an extensive twomonth makeover, The Bostonian Seafood and Grill debuts its new look, offering an industrial chic setting alongside reinvented dishes and drinks.

The restaurant's three main areas - a craft brew bar, the main dining space and a private champagne room - all have undergone a reinvention to reflect a shipyard theme with industrial touches.

The restaurant incorporates ship wood of all colours and sizes, handcrafted copper and rustic metal profiles, cement sand wall finishes, and herringbone oak timber floor boards. A collection of marine and nautical accessories, as well as contemporary wall art that are accentuated with industrial lights and custom furnishings, complete the shipyard theme. The main dining room features retro mahogany leather banquette seats and freestanding wooden tables, able to accommodate up to 180 for cocktail and 118 for a sitdown dinner.

A private Champagne room comes fully equipped with audiovisual facilities and can accommodate up to 16 people. Capable of joining the main dining area or having it exclusively tucked away, the versatile space is ideal for interactive social events or functions of all kind. Adorning the space is a floortoceiling cellar.

The dining landscape of the Bostonian Seafood and Grill has evolved to offer seasonal land and sea specialties centred upon a communal concept. Executive Chef Pedro Samper has introduced a menu filled with dishes that incorporate sustainable seafood and organic ingredients.

The Bostonian is open from 12pm to 3pm Monday to Saturday for a semibuffet lunch; 6:30pm to 11pm daily for dinner; 11am to 3pm for Sunday brunch and happy hour is offered from 5pm to 8pm daily.
