Come late 2016, PT. Adhya Graha Wisata-owned Radisson Golf & Convention Centre Batam will be one of the first international hotel brands to open doors in Batam.
Integrated within Bukit Indah Sukajadi, a 2,200,000-square-metre development consisting of residential units, offices and commercial and retail spaces, the 240-room property is located in the upscale Sukajadi district of Batam.
"The opening of Radisson Golf & Convention Centre Batam is redefining the hospitality landscape in Batam, providing extraordinary stay, play and meeting experiences for travellers," said Veronique Sirault, general manager, Radisson Golf & Convention Centre Batam. "We are very pleased to introduce our upscale World of Radisson hospitality experience to Batam."
Guests of Deluxe Rooms can enjoy expansive views of the golf course's lush greenery while those in Executive Rooms will have exclusive access to the Club Lounge located on the business floor.
Corporate travellers can take advantage of the property's close proximity to Padang Golf Sukajadi, the 18-hole championship golf course, Kepri Shopping Mall, Nagoya, the offices of Batam Centre, as well as Muka Kuning Batamindo industrial park.
The Batam Centre ferry terminal is located five kilometres away from the hotel with several daily connections to Singapore, which is an hour's ferry ride away. Also nearby is the Hang Nadim International Airport, which is eight kilometres away with direct flights to Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Ho Chi Minh City.
Radisson Golf & Convention Centre Batam has over 3,700 square metres of meeting spaces spanned across eight meeting rooms and a Grand Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 1,600 guests, banquet-style.
Other facilities include an outdoor pool nestled among the natural landscape, an indoor pool, a fitness centre, Kid's Club as well as Zoysia Spa. The hotel has a 152-seater all-day dining restaurant Bite, and is scheduled to open more F&B options soon.
