Unique experiences take centre stage in Dreamtime 2015

More than 100 international incentive buyers from more than 10 markets will head to Adelaide for Dreamtime 2015, a biennal event held December 6 to 9.

Ranked among the top three destinations for business events, Adelaide offers unique experiences that will interest delegates to Dreamtime 2015. Australia Tourism Australia Managing Director John O'Sullivan shared that with business event buyers looking for the wow factor, Adelaide City, Barossa Valley and Kangaroo Island, among others, will inspire ideas for incentive programmes.



 The Adelaide city centre has a host of fantastic wining and dining options - from small laneway bars and fine dining establishments to the Adelaide Central Market, the largest undercover food market in the Southern Hemisphere. Other quality city dining experiences include Penfolds Magill Estate and Orana, a restaurant helmed by top chef Jock Zonfrillo.

Beyond the city, the Flinders Ranges provide a spectacular backdrop to rugged outdoor incentive activities. Over at Kangaroo Island, a 35-minute flight from Adelaide, nature awaits. Often referred to as 'Australia's Galapagos' due to its abundance of native wildlife, Kangaroo Island is Australia's third-largest island and features 500 acres of unspoilt wilderness. Accommodation options range from rustic and unique to high-end luxury.  

Organised by Tourism Australia and Adelaide Convention Bureau, Dreamtime 2015 highlights business event opportunities and infrastructure developments, unique experiences and destinations in a five-day programme of scheduled buyer-seller appointments, a city showcase and educational visits.
