W Singapore – Sentosa Cove has unveiled redesigned rooms and meeting spaces, alongside sustainability enhancements.

The hotel's 240 refreshed rooms feature a design with curves and colours inspired by Sentosa’s flora, fauna and marina, paired with technology including 65-inch TVs and Nespresso machines.

The redesign follows a phased renewal of SKIRT, the hotel’s signature open-fire restaurant and the Great Room and Studios meeting spaces.

The hotel has taken big strides towards sustainability in this round of revamp. Besides implementing Singapore’s largest hotel rooftop solar energy system, the hotel has also replaced in-room single-use plastics with water filtration taps, and in-house bottling in restaurants and event spaces.

The hotel has also received the Mid-Tier Farm-to-Table certification from the Singapore Food Agency for its efforts to source local produce, reducing its reliance on importing food while reducing carbon miles.

Along with a food-waste upcycling programme is transforming leftovers into fertiliser to feed the surrounding greenery, these initiatives have earned the resort its EarthCheck Silver certification.

Guests can also unwind at the newly renovated spa and vitality pool, with ice baths set to be introduced later this year. They can also take advantage of a curated programme of wellness and creative-themed options, ranging from an upper-body strength training session to a 10-minute express shoulder massage. Those keen to pick up a new hobby can join a DJ masterclass led by the resort’s resident DJ.

Christian Metzner, general manager of the property, said: “W Singapore – Sentosa Cove has always been where energy meets escape, and now, we’ve turned the dial up through spaces that invite both connection and retreat, underpinned by a commitment to sustainability and crafted experience. Our new look is striking, fresh, and unapologetically fun.”

The full collection of renovated rooms will be available by the end of this year.
