The 608-room Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore has reimagined its East Wing, launching a new library reception area with meeting planners in mind, and a fresh F&B concept that can be used for private events.

The check-in area has been remodelled after a grand residential library, where waiting guests can pick up literature on diverse subjects, or utilise the newly added digital hub offering business centre services.

As well, delegates who are checking in should be able to spot their event immediately — thanks to LED screens behind two hospitality desks dedicated to meeting groups, which display a company's branding, videos or information relevant to the meet.

Adjacent to the reception is the new Republic Bar and Lounge area, distinguished by its three grand chandeliers and walls draped in blue herringbone fabric. Light bites are available throughout the day, five-tier afternoon tea, and à la carte dining.

Republic's cocktail menu of vintage spirits pays homage to the historical anecdotes from 1960s Singapore, the UK, the US and Italy. The decor follows the same vintage theme, matched with a curated playlist and a standalone deejay booth for live music.

Floor-to-ceiling partitions can be adjusted to fit private events with up to 70 guests at the Lounge, and 60 guests at the Bar.
