The 2026 education programme for The Meetings Show Asia Pacific has been unveiled, with artificial intelligence and a new rapid-fire content as key highlights of the year’s edition.

Taking place on 14–15 April 2026 at Marina Bay Sands, the show’s third edition will feature 30 education sessions delivered across two dedicated stages, MICE Studios 1 and 2.

The education agenda is structured around six core pillars: event design, trends, future workforce, sustainability, wellness and technology.

A new education feature for 2026 is Talks in Ten, a series of 10-minute presentations designed to “spark thinking, not drain energy”. Introduced to complement longer sessions and panels, the rapid-fire format is intended to keep content concise.

AI features prominently across the programme. Recent research cited by organisers, from a Northstar and Cvent Pulse Survey, indicates that AI adoption among Asia Pacific event planners has risen from under half (43%) to over three quarters (75%) in 12 months.

One of the highlights is the AI keynote titled The Digital Doppelganger. Delivered by Colja Dams, CEO of VOK DAMS, this session on day-two of the conference will examine how AI-generated audience twins can help planners predict and design experiences. Another session to note is the Event AI Tools in Action, resented by Paula Rowntree, founder, Business Events Network.

In addition, findings from the latest Northstar and Cvent Pulse Survey will be revealed exclusively at the show on 14 April, 1pm, highlighting key trends shaping demand, budgets, behaviour and decision making.

Beyond education, the show will feature more than 300 exhibitors spanning hotels, destinations, venues and event service providers, as well as a hosted buyer programme with tailored meetings, travel support and dedicated networking access. The exhibitor list already includes IHG Hotels & Resorts, Singapore Tourism Board, AYANA Hotels and Resorts, Banyan Group, BWH Hotels, Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute of the Macao SAR (IPIM), Hilton, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Jio World Convention Centre, JTB Meetings & Events, Korea Tourism Organization, Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts, Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines.

With a refreshed floor layout and new interactive features planned, the 2026 edition of The Meetings Show Asia Pacific positions its education programme as a central draw for attendees seeking both strategic insight and practical tools.

Organised by Northstar Travel Group, and co-located with Business Travel Show Asia Pacific for the second year, the event is positioned as a regional platform for professional development and supplier engagement. Last year’s edition attracted 1,800 meetings professionals from more than 70 countries, alongside 290 exhibitors and over 8,000 pre-scheduled business meetings.
