Returning to Singapore for its second edition this year, Business Travel Show Asia Pacific (BTS APAC) 2026 has unveiled a robust programme that includes its first “experience bars”.

Set to take place at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands, the two-day show is expected to attract more than 500 corporate travel buyers and suppliers from 14 to 15 April this year.

Highlights across the two-day programme include The Innovation Faceoff, a widely anticipated live pitch competition that will showcase cutting-edge, breakthrough travel technologies and disruptors in the corporate travel space.

The APAC Travel Buyer of the Year also returns this year to recognise the travel buyer who demonstrates commitment to excellence and innovation, with the window for nominations closing on 6 February.

This year’s conference agenda will include expert panel discussions and industry insights on a range of topics including AI, sustainable travel and the evolution of technology. Attendees can also hear from speakers from companies such as Accenture, MSD International, Western Digital, Altour, FCM Consulting and Zenmer. This is in addition to the 1-2-1 meetings. Visiting buyers will also have access to the buyer-only, BTN Communities sessions.

New floor layout, interactive experiences

Alongside learning and networking, this year’s BTS APAC also debuts a new series of interactive “experience bars”. Visitors will have the chance to dispense their own scent according to their personality profile, create a new version of themselves through AI-augmented reality and craft a personalised tea blend.

The second edition of BTS APAC is taking place amid “unprecedented growth” in corporate travel, predicted to be worth US$749.55 billion by 2033 with a compound annual growth rate of 8.8%.

Nelson Khoo, BTS APAC event director, said: “Asia Pacific is rapidly cementing its position as one of the most exciting, dynamic regions for both business and business travel, as the current growth predictions clearly demonstrate.

“An increasing number of companies from a wide range of sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing are investing in operations across APAC. This is fuelling demand for a more strategic approach to corporate travel which is set to make an even bigger contribution to economic growth in the future.”

BTS APAC is co-located with The Meetings Show Asia Pacific.
