SEOUL - A river cruise on the Hangang River, dining at a K-pop-themed restaurant and a visit to a warehouse turned art gallery are the unique experiences in Seoul being promoted for MICE groups.

Seoul Tourism Organization and Seoul MICE Alliance had partnered to co-market some 60 unique venues in the city. Groups were invited to experience three of the city's unique venues.

River cruise company Eland Cruise, an established company that has operated for more than 30 years, took groups on a scenic evening river cruise on the Hangang River. Highlights of the cruise included sights of the city's tallest fountain accompanied by food and drinks on board.

"Unique Venues of Seoul has a lot to offer for both international and domestic visitors. With the citizen's understanding of the MICE tourism, we believe the industry will gain the sustainability in business.
