Kenji Yoshida is no stranger to the region, having helmed JNTO’s Hanoi office.
Kenji Yoshida has been appointed executive director of Japan National Tourism Organization’s (JNTO) Singapore Office effective 12 September 2025, succeeding Takuya Shiraishi, who will return to JNTO’s headquarters in Tokyo.
Yoshida had joined the JNTO headquarters in 2016 to head up digital marketing, before his transfer to the JNTO Hanoi Office as executive director.
“Moving forward, I would like to use the acquired experience to contribute and establish friendly relationships between Singapore and Japan through tourism,” Yoshida said.
