Singapore, Bangkok, and Sydney are the top three meeting destinations in Asia Pacific, according to Cvent’s newly released 2025 lists of the top meeting destinations and top meeting hotels in the region.

Unveiled at IMEX Frankfurt, the annual rankings reflect sourcing activity from over US$18 billion in global event RFPs, with US$16.5 billion flowing through the Cvent Supplier Network alone in 2024, which marked a record year for the platform.

The Asia Pacific rankings are part of Cvent’s global benchmarking series, which also includes North America, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and – for the first time – Latin America and the Caribbean.

Despite macroeconomic headwinds, Cvent’s 2025 Planner Sourcing Report: Asia Edition shows strong demand for in-person events, with nearly 79% of planners expecting event volume to grow. Meanwhile, 67% of planners are actively booking or sourcing new events, as reported in the Northstar/Cvent Meetings Industry PULSE Survey in March 2025.
