The latest Meetings Industry PULSE Survey, co-produced and sponsored by Cvent, highlights the strong performance of the meetings industry in APAC. A notable 63% of APAC planners report feeling more optimistic than they did six months ago, marking the highest optimism rate among all regions surveyed.
Key findings include:
Over half of APAC planners are actively booking and sourcing new events.
56% expect to produce more meetings in 2025.
Southeast Asia remains the top destination for 85% of planners in the region.
Rising costs, budget constraints, and increasing airline prices are the main concerns for APAC planners.
