Since July 2, 2018, members of the Raffles Ambassadors, Fairmont President's Club and Swissôtel Circle programmes have joined the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme, which now boasts a portfolio of over 3,500 properties worldwide across all hotel segments.

In order to help with the transition, the Group will look at the members' original programme status and their stay history in the past six months, then convert the credits accordingly to the new Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme. For example, Fairmont's e-certificates, Swissôtel's Advantage Awards, and the other exclusive advantages the two brands offer their most loyal members will automatically be credited to the new Le Club AccorHotels accounts. They can be used as usual until their expiration dates to reserve stays at the hotels of these two brands.

With Le Club AccorHotels, members will be able to earn points and spend them at a wider portfolio of properties across the entire range, from economy (ibis Styles and ibis) and luxury/upscale (Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, MGallery, Pullman and Swissôtel) to mid-scale hotel brands (Novotel, Mercure and Mama Shelter). Current members of Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme can now earn and spend points during their stays at Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel brand hotels and also use them to enjoy unique experiences at over 550 of the Group's luxury and upscale properties around the world.

"This consolidation opens a new chapter in the history of Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme. Recognising and rewarding our loyal members has always been our top priority, and the integration of the Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel programmes unlocks more earning power, more privileges, more rewards and more extraordinary experiences for each and every member," said Isabelle Birem, SVP, Loyalty, AccorHotels.
