Pirate of the Chao Phraya.Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok has created a series of new themed parties for those who wish to organise a special soiree by the Chao Phraya River.
For good ol' swashbuckling fun, planners can go for the"Pirate of the Chao Phraya" theme held on the Horizon Cruise. The cruise will be transformed into a pirate ship, complete with a wooden peg leg, a hook and an eye patch, and old that offer clues for the treasure hunt. A captain and his brutal crew will be on a constant lookout to ensure everyone immerses themselves into the pirate world with great fun.
Stars of the Night.A night of old-school glamour beckons when you select the "Stars of The Night" Hollywood theme, which comes complete with vintage Hollywood decorations and glittering stars. Guests will walk through a grand entrance lit up by a constellation of stars, before being led to the party venue.
Temple Fair.Those seeking a glimpse of the real Thailand can get a glimpse with "Temple Fair" - a lively theme decorated with the rustic charms of a countryside fun fair. In Thailand, a temple fair is typically held to commemorate special temple events, and showcases stalls sells goods and booths offering local fun games.
Alternatively, the "Night Market by the River" allows guests to experience daily life on the banks of the Chao Phraya River.
