The InterContinental Singapore is now a Frasers House, after the hotel reopened on 7 January 2026 under the Marriott International’s The Luxury Collection portfolio.
Marriott’s second The Luxury Collection hotel in Singapore was launched following talks of a reflagging of a 30-year hospitality landmark in Singapore’s Bugis district.
Frasers House will retain approximately 1,000 sqm of event space, including its grand ballroom and the distinctive Library. Venues for business and social events will undergo a design refresh and be accented by new heritage-inspired touches.
Meanwhile, a phased transformation has been planned for other hotel areas. Once the revamp is complete, the hotel will offer 406 rooms and suites.
The hotel will also offer fresh wellness offerings alongside renewed culinary concepts that “honour local flavours, craftsmanship, and conviviality”.
