The property is also the first in Korea to adopt Marriott’s Digital Customer Experience mode which integrates guest services across check-in, in-room dining, wellness programmes bookings, and meeting support into a single mobile platform. The model can also improve guest experiences by responding to real-time feedback and predicting congestion in hotel spaces.
