Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and property developer Embassy Group will open a new Four Seasons hotel and private residences later this year in Bengaluru.
Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE and Four Seasons Private Residences Bengaluru at Embassy ONE will make its debut this summer, joining Embassy ONE, a new mixed mixed-use development featuring commercial office space and premium retail outlets.
The Embassy ONE development will consist of three towers. The 230-key hotel will be located in the South Tower of the development, with the 105 private residences occupying the upper floors of the South Tower as well as all 30 floors of the North Tower. The third building will house office and retail space.
Located in northern Bengaluru, the development is a short drive away from Kempegowda International Airport, business districts, Bengaluru Palace and Cubbon Park.
"Bengaluru is a very exciting city, in part through the tremendous progress of industry, technology, research and education, with just as much to offer in the way of culture and nightlife," says J. Allen Smith, president and CEO, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. "It's attractive to business and leisure travellers, and with a growing population of more than ten million, is also a significant residential market."
For dining, guests will be able to choose from three different outlets including a 24-hour restaurant, a lobby lounge and bar, and an Asian brasserie and bar. The total seating across the three outlets is more than 600 people.
Guests and residents alike can enjoy a spa and salon, fitness centre, and meeting and event spaces.
The hotel will be led by general manager Fredrik Blomqvist, a Four Seasons veteran of more than 10 years, who most recently served as general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai.
The property will be the second Four Seasons hotel in India, complementing Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, less than two hours away by flight.
