Four Seasons in Asia-Pacific is tapping into delegates’ emotions to create memorable events, using culture, cuisine and nature to spark connections and enhance the meeting experience.

Options for delegates staying at Four Seasons properties include a guided forest walk in Kyoto, mixology workshops in Kuala Lumpur, a harbour cruise in Hong Kong, a rejuvenating Korean sauna in Seoul or a nature adventure in Langkawi’s UNESCO Geopark, with each experience designed to inspire connection and creativity.

Four Seasons’ properties across China are focusing on heritage-themed offers inspired by the various hotel locations. In Hangzhou, guests can immerse themselves in the poetic beauty of picturesque Chinese gardens and courtyards set along the fabled West Lake, or take in sky-high panoramic views in Guangzhou, where contemporary design meets Cantonese heritage.

On a private island in Jinji Lake, guests visiting Suzhou can discover curated cultural experiences, from Kunqu (Chinese opera) and traditional embroidery classes to canal boat rides.

Perks for meetings

A number of added extras are also available to groups to help enhance their experience. These range from guest room upgrades for added comfort and value, curated amenities for VIP guests, enhanced culinary moments, including upgraded coffee breaks and private dining experiences and preferred meeting room rental rates.

Rami Sayess, president, hotel operations – Asia Pacific at Four Seasons said: “The most impactful meetings don’t happen in boardrooms alone. They happen when people are moved – by the destination, the culture, the cuisine, and the feeling that they’re part of something meaningful. That’s what Four Seasons creates across the region – whether in the heart of a city or surrounded by nature.”
