A new level of luxury at Mandarin Oriental Singapore

After a six-month refurbishment, it is offering fresh and creative spaces for meeting planners.

The Mandarin Oriental Singapore has undergone a transformation that redefines luxury within Singapore's dynamic landscape, offering planners a wide choice of events space.

On the lobby level, the pillarless Oriental Ballroom features a state-of-the-art 20-m curved LED wall and can host 400 pax, banquet style. Five Atrium Suites are nearby and range from 44-278 sqm, seating from 20-180 pax for dinners.

On level 3, three boardrooms ranging from 56-70 sqm seat 40-50 pax, theatre style.

On level 5, a Garden Suite of 363 sqm hosts 130 pax for dinner. Five Harbour View Suites ranging from 42-77 sqm seat 40 pax for dinners. Poolside events on level 5 include cocktails for 50 pax at The Private Cabana, 30 pax at BAY@5, and 300 pax at the 613-sqm open-air Harbour Terrace.

The hotel’s 42 suites, including the newly launched Presidential Suite and the four-bedroom Royal Marina Bay Penthouse on the two uppermost floors, offer views of the sea and Marina Bay, balconies, spacious living and dining areas. The Penthouse has a fully equipped chef's kitchen for private dinners. For longer stays, 45 residential suites come with a living area, fully equipped kitchenette, washer and dryer.

"We've infused every corner of the hotel with the essence of Singapore's cultural elements,” said Philip Knuepfer, GM of Mandarin Oriental, Singapore shared about the hotel’s six-month metamorphosis. “Our goal is to ensure that guests not only visit the city but also feel like an integral part of its vibrant tapestry, to create an all-encompassing experience that we coin Exceptionally Singapore.”

The hotel’s transformed lounge, HAUS 65, provides social space with exclusive privileges. Co-curated by the team at the Mandala Club, its calendar of cultural, culinary and artistic events includes a wine programme, including daily tastings led by sommeliers and winemakers. Last month’s calendar featured a sustainability talk, book signing by Caleb Femi, wine tasting, brand challenges in China discussions, Thanksgiving soiree, and an art collector dinner.
