Unbroken Emergency Summit: An urgent call for action

The meetings industry calls on associations to help rebuild Ukraine.

The business events industry is calling on its association clients to help rebuild Ukraine. The Unbroken Emergency Summit, 29-31 October, will enable meeting planners to join the global community to help the injured and homeless in Ukraine.

Associations related to sectors such as medicine, construction, engineering, education, energy and business events, among others, are invited to send a representative to the meeting.

The event will take place at two venues, the Main Hall of Lviv City Council, and the Conference Hall of !FESTrepublic. The latter is located just after the Znesinnya Park near Zamkova Hill, 20 minutes’ walk from Rynok Square. It is popular for themed events and performances. Hotels listed on the summit website include the newly renovated Leopolis Hotel, Bank Hotel and Modern Art Hotel.

Industry bodies and media companies are inviting their customers – who include associations, charities and NGOs – to attend a special two-day summit in Lviv, next month. The event is organised by Lviv City Council, Lviv Convention Bureau and Unbroken.

One of the summit's aims is the construction of a rehabilitation centre for wounded civilians and soldiers and accommodation blocks and other cultural and sporting facilities for the displaced.

The summit is free to attend and return transfers from Rzeszow Airport will be provided by The City of Lviv and its partners.
