Bringing global creative live events together: Exceptional Experiences' event manager Natalie Whittaker
BARCELONA - Reed Travel Exhibitions has launched a two-day conference, Exceptional Experiences, dedicated to experiential marketing and live events.
The inaugural edition of the event will take place at Fira Gran Via in Barcelona from Dec 2-3, 2020 alongside IBTM World, which will run concurrently from Dec 1-3.
Organisers said the event will bring together the global creative live events community with marketers and event planners.
Attendees will also have one-to-one networking opportunities and share best practices and learnings.
Topics include experiential trends, execution, ROI and sustainability in relation to marketing strategy, with brand activation case studies and showcases of some of the latest products, thinking, technology and services for brand marketers.
"With current predictions estimating that global expenditure on the 'experience economy' will hit £8.2 trillion (US$9.06 trillion) by 2028, marketers and event planners need to ensure they're delivering live events and experiences that resonate on a personal and emotional level with potential and existing customers," said Ms Natalie Whittaker, event manager - Exceptional Experiences.
There is a huge appetite for knowledge sharing, learning and opportunities to engage and interact with product and services. This will in turn support brand marketers to deliver exceptional experiences from research and feedback from Reed's customer base of marketing and events professionals.
