For the first time, business travel suppliers will showcase breakthrough technology and solutions at the inaugural Business Travel Show Asia Pacific’s Business Travel Innovation Faceoff, taking place 16–17 April 2025 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

The Business Travel Show Asia Pacific, co-located with The Meetings Show Asia Pacific, will bring together 200+ corporate travel buyers from across APAC, the US, the UK, and Europe, alongside 50+ top-tier exhibitors spanning airlines, hotels, TMCs, technology providers, and ground transportation.

A platform for innovation in corporate travel

The Business Travel Innovation Faceoff will feature some of the most forward-thinking suppliers, with each shortlistee presenting a seven-minute pitch to a panel of expert judges and a live audience of travel buyers. The winner will be announced in the Knowledge Arena at 3:40 PM on 17 April.

This year’s expert judging panel includes industry leaders across APAC’s business travel and travel technology sectors:

This year’s entrants include:

  • Trip Biz – A full-service TMC providing an all-in-one digital corporate travel platform focused on cost control and duty of care.

  • WegoPro – A business travel management platform that integrates AI-drive personalisation to simplify travel research

Driving business travel innovation across APAC

Business Travel Show Asia Pacific builds on the success of Business Travel Show Europe, the leading event for European corporate travel professionals held annually in London for over 30 years. Business Travel Show Europe takes place 25-26 June and will be followed by the very first Business Travel Show America on 15-16 October 2025 at the Javits Center in New York City.
