The BTN Group has announced the finalists for the inaugural APAC Travel Buyer of the Year Award, recognising corporate travel managers who have made significant contributions to the industry through innovation, sustainability, and traveller experience enhancements.
The three finalists are:
Shaik Abid, international travel manager, Adobe
Bianca Garrad, Corporate Contracts Senior Specialist, Perenti Group
Cheryl Anne Neo, Regional Travel Manager, London Stock Exchange Group
These industry leadershave been recognised for their achievements in optimising corporate travel programmes, implementing sustainable initiatives, and enhancing overall traveller satisfaction, setting new benchmarks for corporate travel management in APAC.
"The calibre of work being done in corporate travel is truly impressive, and the dedication shown by those who submitted entries – to both their organisations and their travelling employees – is inspiring,” said Jen Bankard, senior director of content solutions & conferences at BTN Group. “The three individuals selected as finalists by our judging panel are at the forefront of industry innovation, and we are excited to showcase their achievements."
As part of the Business Travel Show Asia Pacific, the three finalists will take part in the panel discussion "Innovators in Action – Strategies and Insights from APAC’s Top Travel Managers” on 17 April 2025, from 14:20 to 15:20. Moderated by Elizabeth West, editorial director of The BTN Group, the session will explore their strategies, challenges, and innovations in corporate travel.
The winner will be announced at the conclusion of Business Travel Show Asia Pacific on 17 April 2025.
