SINGAPORE - Buoyed by the inaugural success of M&C Asia Connections last August in Singapore, Northstar Meetings Group is launching its Japan edition from June 29-30, 2020 at Grand Prince Hotel, Kyoto.

Registration is now open to buyers who are bringing MICE groups into Japan. The Japan edition will showcase leading Japanese suppliers.

The Singapore edition of the show which runs from August 25-26, 2020, at InterContinental Singapore is also open now to buyers who wish to bring groups into Singapore and the rest of Asia.

The boutique-style event which draws only highly qualified buyers is open to a select group of some 50-60 buyers and is uniquely designed to facilitate intimate networking and team-building sessions with the goal of maximising buyer-seller interaction. Last year's buyers handled multiple events across the Asia Pacific and 94% were satisfied with the suppliers in attendance, according to Northstar Meetings Group's post-show feedback.

The ultra-clean city state of Singapore has a strong track record of hosting successful events. Its vibrant and efficient business culture is a strong catalyst in enabling the delivery of high-quality events such as M&C Asia Connections.

Bayview Hotels & Resorts' regional head, Mr Kevin Peeris, who was present at last year's event, said: "The quality of buyers only goes to show the high level of qualifying done, which has translated into quite a few tangible leads for us."

M&C Asia Connections is organised by M&C Asia, a brand of Northstar Meetings Group.
