Glion Kobe Arena has opened in Kobe in Japan, with the multi-purpose venue providing a state-of-the-art space for MICE groups.

Operated by One Bright Kobe, the venue, which opened last month, is located on the Kobe waterfront and can accommodate 10,000 people. Alongside MICE events, Glion Kobe Arena will host home games for the Kobe Storks, Hyogo Prefecture's only professional basketball club, and other professional sporting events and music concerts.

The arena is equipped with one of the largest permanent LED screens in the Kansai region, and features high-quality audio speakers, while its VIP floor provides a viewing experience. Visitors can also dine at one of the Arena’s many restaurants, browse shops located at the venue and enjoy terraces.

Construction on the venue began in 2023, and is part of a major revitalisation of the Kobe waterfront area.
