Located in Sydney’s Warwick Farm, the William Inglis Hotel MGallery is offering venue bookers A$1,000 (US$654) in credits to use for team building, coach transfers, or AV support with ENCORE Event Technologies.
The hotel combines modern conference facilities with Australia's horseracing heritage, expressed through equine-inspired design.
Function spaces include the Sales Arena, for up to 1,000 guests in cocktail configuration, 650 for banquets, or 520 cabaret-style.
Nestled alongside the Riverside Stable Gardens, the Big Barn is modelled after the original Newmarket Barn designed over 150 years ago. It has a capacity for 250 banquet-style, 200 cabaret, or 300 cocktail guests.
There are also several smaller meeting spaces for breakouts, board meetings, or brainstorming.
The 144-room hotel features a rooftop pool, spa, and paddock-to-plate dining.
Just 30 minutes from Sydney Airport, and 45 minutes from the Sydney CBD, the hotel dates back to 1867, when William Inglis & Son founded Australia's largest and oldest bloodstock auctioneer business. In 2018 The William Inglis Hotel & Riverside Stables Precinct opened, with every part of the hotel celebrating horse racing.
