Lavo, perched on the 57th floor of Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands, has reopened with a fresh new look and menu, offering planners a revitalised space for sky-high business events.
The venue, which can host up to 370 guests across its dining room, lounge and wraparound terrace, now channels the sun-soaked vibe of Italy’s Amalfi Coast.
For more intimate gatherings, groups of up to 20 can gather in Lavo’s private dining room, which has also been revamped.
Lavo’s new look marks the rooftop venue’s first major refresh since it launched in one of Singapore’s key MICE addresses in 2018.
Now, mediterranean neutrals, an expansive terrace, and sweeping skyline views form the backdrop for alfresco dining, champagne brunches, and sunset cocktails.
Adding to its signature dishes including ‘Meatball’ and a 20-layer chocolate cake, Lavo has refreshed its menu with seafood dishes such as Jumbo Shrimp Alla Scampi and Mafaldine Seafood Alfredo to capture the essence of a coastal Mediterranean summer.
