Shortly after setting up a more focussed MICE offering, Connexus is now launching ConnexUS to better integrate human specialists with technology-enabled solutions for its corporate travel and MICE clients in Asia Pacific.

“Digital platforms offer speed for routine bookings, but confidence in business travel comes from human accountability and real-world experience,” said Simon Hague, managing director at Connexus.

Through ConnexUS, the company allows travel managers to use digital tools to automate routine tasks and bookings – while accessing advisers for complex trips, disruptions and executive travel requirements.

Client accounts are assigned advisers familiar with company travel policies, executive preferences and routing requirements.

In addition, an internal team is available around the clock to handle flight cancellations, severe weather disruption and other travel emergencies.

Specialists also coordinate multi-stop corporate trips, VIP and MICE itineraries.

Connexus is a wholly owned subsidiary of CSTS Enterprises. Founded in 1948 as Swire Travel, it provides corporate travel, MICE and luxury leisure travel services.
