Tencent Cloud Conference (TCC) provides planners with an all-in-one
virtual/hybrid event management solution that digitalises offline
events.
While in-person events are seeing pent-up demand as international
borders gradually reopen, the digital components of hybrid events are
here to stay.
According to Future Market Insights, the global virtual event
platforms market may surge at 16.3% CAGR through 2030, especially with
SMEs that make heightened usage of virtual event platforms across the
forecast period.
Tencent Cloud aims to help more businesses capture opportunities
through TCC, which enhances attendee engagement with elective features
such as website and Weixin mini-programm builder, virtual exhibition and
booth, content management, business matching and live streaming, among
others. It can also enable companies to hold various virtual events such
as branding events, annual meetings, webinars and business matchmaking.
As planners continue to provide attendees with the flexibility of
face-to-face or virtual interactions, the demand to utilise digital
solutions remains. TCC has been used in shows such as World Intelligence
Congress, which featured more than 100 live streaming events within
three days, with one-on-one business-matching system and a VR exhibition
hall and booths.
TCC was also used at Singapore Virtual Pavillion Digital Solution @
China International Import Expo 2021, which required Tencent Cloud to
assist the Singapore Business Federation to develop a 2.5D exhibition
hall with 45 exhibition booths, live broadcast of a hybrid forum,
livestreaming and business matching.
Planners are able to access a data dashboard that displays key data and event charts for dynamic monitoring.
