Event technology company Jublia has rebranded as Jublia AI, reflecting a shift to an AI-native business spanning interface, data capabilities and agentic AI workflows.
“[The rebrand] isn’t about adding AI features,” Kuan Yan, CEO and co-founder of Jublia AI stated. “It’s about adopting an AI posture. We rebuilt the platform so intelligence is embedded at the core, not layered on top.”
According to the company, the platform has integrated static event data – from agendas and exhibitors to behavioural signals – and “transform the entire experience into a prompt-based one”.
Instead of searching and navigating, users now interact with event information and ask AI questions using natural language across mobile applications, websites and on-site touchpoints.
Such query-driven event experiences is one of three core capabilities accompanying the rebrand.
The second capability is AI observability with actionable insights. Instead of relying solely on post-event analytics, the platform captures behavioural and intent-based signals during events. Organisers can use this data to adjust programming and engagement strategies in real time, as well as for post-event.
Moreover, Jublia AI is piloting a new model where organisers become active partners in training the system, supported by specialists guidance on how to enrich data and improve outcomes over time.
Internally, Jublia AI has spent the last six months deploying AI agents across product development, service and support functions. The company says these agents draw on historical event data accumulated over more than a decade to support operational workflows and customer advisory services.
With this AI-first architecture, Jublia AI says events will benefit from personalised attendee journeys, intelligent matchmaking, responsive real-time guidance, and systems that continuously learn.
“Every interaction becomes a signal. Every event becomes smarter than the last,” the company stated.”
Founded in Singapore, Jublia AI works with organisers of conferences, exhibitions and large-scale events globally.
