Ask and you shall receive immediately. Web users can get instant answers and event information without having to navigate the site.
Event technology provider Jublia has launched a public mode extension for its event assistant chatbot, Ask Judy AI, enabling event organisers to place the chatbot widget directly on their event websites.
Available for free, the chatbot transforms how people discover and interact with event content, allowing organisers to enhance engagement with audiences, sponsors, exhibitors – and potential attendees.
Instead of navigating websites or searching through event documents, visitors can now ask questions directly to receive fast and accurate answers. The bot is powered by Jublia’s event-specific AI engine and trained solely on data provided by organisers.
Moreover, by giving website visitors and potential attendees instant answers to their questions, organisers now have greater opportunities to convert potential visitors into confirmed attendees.
Jublia says that unlike generic chatbots, Ask Judy AI was built as part of Jublia’s Engagement Hub. This means organisers only need to train it once for it to be deployed seamlessly across multiple touchpoints, such as public websites and attendee apps, saving time and boosting productivity.
Kuan Yan Tan, CEO of Jublia, said: “Events are about creating meaningful connections and that starts with making information accessible to everyone. By bringing Ask Judy AI to the public domain, we are helping organisers empower all stakeholders with instant, relevant answers that matter.”
Since its launch in August 2024, Ask Judy AI has already answered more than 45,000 queries and assisted over 18,000 users, and powered over 100 events worldwide.
