Meeting planners can search from some 200,000 RFP-connected hotels on GroupSync.
After a recent expansion to Asia, Groups360 has rolled out multiple currency display and other enhancements on GroupSync, an online marketplace for booking hotel rooms and meeting spaces.
Allowing planners to more easily send an RFP within minutes, GroupSync has added a Quick Search for planners who already know where they are going. Planners need only to input travel dates, room count and destination, and the app would pull up their preferred hotels.
Other enhancements to GroupSync include the ability to display monetary rates in multiple currencies.
Navigation panel moved to accommodate more new incoming features.GroupSync developers have also moved navigation from the top of the screen to the left to improve the user interface and accommodate more new incoming features.
The existing dashboard has been further simplified to showcase a Filter option, which gives meeting planners the choice to view an event in a given phase of the sourcing process.
For hotels, additional users can now receive notifications of RFP leads and new instant bookings. Hotel users have also gained access to a new property selector feature to streamline workflows.
Available to qualified meeting planners at no cost, GroupSync now has 198,667 searchable RFP-connected hotels worldwide, 5,419 hotels and 925,025 gust rooms available for instant group booking, and 925,025 guest rooms available.
It is targeting to have 20,000 hotels integrated for instant group booking by the end of 2021.
