Interprefy has launched Interprefy Media Hub, a secure self-service portal for organisations to access recordings, transcripts, captions, multilingual audio and AI-generated summaries produced during events.
The cloud-based, multilingual communication services company said the platform is intended to centralise post-event assets that event teams often need for reporting, training, accessibility, regional communications and content reuse. Media Hub organises files by session and makes them available for preview, generation, editing, download and reuse.
Content available through secure link
According to Interprefy, event content can be available in Media Hub within about 10 minutes after a session ends and remains accessible for one year through a password-protected Direct Link. Sessions are grouped by day and start time to help users locate materials from specific parts of an event.
Content in Media Hub:
video recordings;
original, interpreted or AI-generated audio tracks;
caption files in SRT, VTT and TXT formats;
transcripts generated from session recordings; and
AI-generated summaries in more than 80 languages.
Users can preview recordings, generate transcripts and summaries, and download selected outputs. The platform also allows users to trim video recordings, adjust caption timing, choose audio and caption languages, and create downloadable versions with selected captions embedded. AI summaries can be generated in more than 80 languages – including languages that were not enabled during the live session. Summaries can be previewed, copied or downloaded as TXT, PDF or DOCX files.
“An event creates valuable multilingual content long after the live conversation has finished. With Media Hub, we’re putting that content directly into our customers’ hands, so they can access it quickly, adapt it to their needs and keep creating value from every event,” said Oddmund Braaten, CEO of Interprefy.
Self-service option alongside managed services
Media Hub is positioned as a self-service option for organisations that want direct access to event materials after a live session.
Interprefy said the platform is designed for use cases including follow-up communications, reporting, training, stakeholder sharing and content creation.
The launch extends Interprefy’s multilingual event services beyond live interpretation and captioning by providing organisations with a central record of post-event content.
For organisations that require edited, corrected or broadcast-ready materials, Interprefy’s Managed Media Services remain available alongside Media Hub.
Interprefy said Media Hub is available for organisations using its event services.
