Events platform provider, Ticketmelon, has recently expanded into Malaysia and is looking to solidify its position as a trustworthy supplier of major events in the region.

Founded in Thailand in 2015, the company has powered over 2,000 events annually, including corporate events, conventions, and festivals such as Singapore's experiential festival, Garden Beats, Thailand's arts and culture-focused Wonderfruit, and Vietnam's Studio Collective. With its numerous services provided for events in Malaysia, Ticketmelon is set to power the destination's music-themed Good Vibes Festival in 2023.

“We understand the challenges event organisers face when hosting large and complex events,” said Panupong Tejapaibul, CEO and co-founder of Ticketmelon. “Our goal is to make the event experience as seamless as possible. We look forward to working with event organisers throughout the region.”

Ticketmelon's features include a ticketing platform with real-time analytics, ticket bundling, payment and on-site staff support, as well as interactive games and points redemption services.

The platform also offers live streaming services, real-time event data and analytics, experiential tools, and localised payment channels in various currencies. With its expansion into Malaysia, Ticketmelon is well-positioned to continue powering major events in the region with its seamless and innovative services.
