Jublia, a Singapore-based technology provider, has formed a strategic partnership with Cvent, a global leader in meetings, events, and hospitality technology. The collaboration was officially revealed at the Cvent Accelerate event in Singapore on 12 July 2024.

The partnership aims to streamline event planning processes by integrating Jublia’s AI-powered matchmaking and engagement tools with Cvent’s event management platform. This combined solution enables event planners to manage all aspects of events, from registration to personalised networking, within one unified system.

“This partnership will provide tailored experiences for event organisers, helping them address ongoing challenges in the event management landscape,” said Errol Lim, COO of Jublia.

The integration also allows for a seamless connection between Cvent’s registration system and Jublia’s digital platform, enhancing the attendee experience through more personalised and intuitive tools.

“This collaboration with Jublia will enable our clients to benefit from a seamless connection between Jublia’s powerful digital platform and our industry-leading event registration suite,” said Will Kataria, Senior Director and General Manager, Asia Pacific, Cvent. “We look forward to working closely with Jublia to deliver enhanced attendee experiences and drive successful events across the APAC region and beyond.”

The partnership is expected to benefit key sectors such as association meetings and corporate conferences, driving engagement and improving outcomes for events across various industries in the Asia-Pacific region.
