UTRECHT - Travel management company BCD Travel has introduced a new digital platform for its customers as part of its continued investment in digitalisation.
BCD Travel's new platform, Connect, serves as a content and community platform. It houses programme best practices, product updates and case studies, proprietary research, industry trends, support, account details and more.
The platform will be progressively rolled out to all clients in BCD's wholly-owned markets in the next few weeks.
BCD Travel's senior vice president of product planning and innovation, Yannis Karmis, said the digital platform opens up the opportunity for customers to "interact with BCD programme optimisation and technology experts, peers with shared interests, and provide information and guidance on our various products and solutions".
"Just as important, Connect will allow us to hear directly from our customers on a variety of topics that will shape our best practices from technology roadmaps and service models to traveler engagement and program intelligence," Mr Karmis added.
