BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has introduced its newest
technology innovation: Assist, a proprietary generative AI tool designed
to transform the way teams work.
Assist has been developed to enhance productivity, streamline
processes and provide valuable assistance in day-to-day tasks. At the
same time, it prioritises responsible AI and champions the security and
privacy of data and intellectual property.
In the following months, BCD M&E will be rolling out a suite of
technology advances to help the team support clients with increased
efficiency.
“During this initial phase, we will be testing Assist capabilities
across different regions, lines of business, and shared services teams,”
said Ted Stone, SVP of global technology & products at BCD M&E.
“This will allow us to gather valuable feedback and insights to further refine and improve the tool, empowering our teams.”
Stone stressed that Assist is a collaborative tool designed to
“support and augment our work, not replace human creativity and
expertise”. As the latest proprietary product to come under BCD
M&E’s technology suite, it’s a clear indication of how the company
continues to invest and innovate in the area of meetings and events
technology.
“We firmly believe that Assist has the potential to significantly
enhance our efficiency and effectiveness, and we are excited to explore
its possibilities,” said Bruce Morgan, global president. “As we continue
to invest in technology to empower our teams around the world, our
focus will be on ensuring compliance and data security.”
